Dipti Bramhandkar is a Mumbai born, NYC based writer. Her first play, “The Accident,” won Best Drama at the Frigid Festival, which inspired her to explore the intersections between prose and dramatic performance in her work. Today, Laura and Pablo talk to Dipti about her childhood in India, her writing, women’s sexuality as exposed in her plays, how she became a playwright, representation, and the motivation for writing about her culture.
